Now more than ever, with so many of you home due to this global pandemic, our services will allow you to enjoy your yard and get as much fresh air as possible. As we are a pest control and extermination company, many states have deemed our service as essential.
Please know that our number one priority is the safety of our customers and technicians. In support of that, we have put safety measures in place to do our socially-distanced part:
For the immediate future, we are asking our technicians to refrain from knocking on doors and engaging with you. For new customers, we will forgo the first visit meet and greet and simply start treating your yard upon sign-up. You’ll get emails and alerts that are customary and can always reach out with any questions via email or phone.
We ask that you refrain from engaging with our techs while on your property and reach out to our office directly with any questions.
We will leave our Notification Signs after each visit as a reminder and will continue to send pre- and post-emails/texts alerting you of our visit.
We continue to navigate this as best as we know how and keep ourselves connected to any and all updates and are using sources like National Pest Management Association for any and all changes to “essential business” classifications.
Lastly and most importantly, we understand that COVID-19 has affected many in the areas we operate and it may be a difficult time for you. We want to work with you to retain your business and/or sign you up for the season to allow you to enjoy your yard as it may be your only refuge in the near future.
